Review of E³UDRES² Award for Female Entrepreneurship

On November 24 we celebrated outstanding women entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds. With the E³UDRES² Award for Female Entrepreneurship we encourage young women to step into leadership, help build stronger support networks, and inspire the startup community to embrace diversity as a key driver of success.
During the Future Skills for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the videos of the applications were shown and a jury decided on the winning teams on site.

The third place went to Christina Liess with „LOCI Design KG“, a recyclable play furniture kit for children. The whole kit consists of three basic elements: the construction frames made of beech wood, the connecting elements, so that you can connect the construction frames to each other and a wide variety of play and learning boards with different content.

Roxana Damaschin-Țecu with „OilRight“ got the second place. It is an inclusive, circular-economy social enterprise that transforms used cooking oil (UCO) into eco-friendly scented candles and raw material for biodiesel, while generating meaningful employment for people with disabilities.

Ana Rita Santos and Filipa Bento impressed with „All aBoard” and took first place. Their mission is to make skateboarding possible for everyone. „ExoSkate” is a structure that allows people with physical and cognitive disabilities to stand on a skateboard and be guided by a specialized technician and/or skater. It was designed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for people with paraplegia, tetraplegia, cerebral palsy and other disabilities that affect mobility and balance.

These prizes represent the diverse projects and outstanding achievements of women founders and innovators. Congratulations to the winners and the best for all the female entrepreneurs and their innovative ideas.
